GAME PRODUCER -- Rockville, Maryland
Bethesda Softworks is looking for a talented
Game Producer to join our team and work with exciting current
and next generation products.
In this role the Game Producer will support all processes
that bring a game to market and will oversee day-to-day aspects
of game development from concept to final submission. Tasks
include preparation of design documents, project workplans,
schedules and budgets; prototyping and production process;
evaluation and verification of milestones deliverables; and
design specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years hands-on production experience in consumer,
entertainment, or game software and/or production of entertainment
on the web.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven ability to meet goals and objectives.
- Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
and be able to communicate effectively with all levels of
the organization.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Must be able to keep focus on multiple tasks and effectively
set priorities between projects.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
under deadlines and budgets.
- Good judgment skills and ability to assess quality and
accuracy of projects and project timetables.
- Passion for making GREAT games.
